Signing In, Google Sign-In & Account Security
Getting into your TableStruck dashboard is designed to be quick, without cutting corners on security.
Signing Up With Email & Password
When you create an account, we send a 6-digit verification code to your email. Enter it once to confirm your address — this keeps spam signups out and ensures booking confirmations and reminders actually reach you.
Signing In With Google
Instead of a password, you can sign in with your Google account in one click. If you already have a TableStruck account under that same (verified) email address, Google sign-in automatically links to it — you won't end up with two separate accounts. Your name and profile photo are pulled from Google automatically the first time you sign in this way.
Forgot Your Password?
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page to receive a reset code by email. This works independently of whether you originally signed up with a password or with Google.
How Long You Stay Signed In
Sessions last up to 7 days. As long as you're active at least once a day, your session quietly extends itself so you're not repeatedly logged out during normal use. If you sign out — or if an admin revokes a session — access is cut off immediately, everywhere, with no delay.
Remember Me
Checking "Remember me" at sign-in gives you the full 7-day session described above. Leaving it unchecked limits your session to 24 hours and signs you out automatically once your browser is closed — useful on a shared or public computer.
