Getting Help: Support Tickets & AI Assistant
Help is always one click away from anywhere in your dashboard — via the header menu, the sidebar, the mobile bottom nav, or the floating help button on your overview page.
The Help Assistant
The help assistant searches TableStruck's documentation for you as you type, instantly surfacing the most relevant guides for your question — no need to browse categories or guess the right search term. It's a smart documentation search, not a general-purpose chatbot, so it's best for "how do I..." questions about features already covered in the docs.
Opening a Support Ticket
If the assistant can't answer your question, or you have an account-specific issue, open a support ticket directly from the same panel. Give it a subject and a priority (Normal, High, or Urgent) — your restaurant's plan, cuisine type, and table count are attached automatically so our team has context without you having to repeat it.
Real-Time Replies
Once a ticket is open, replies from the TableStruck team appear live in the conversation — no need to refresh the page or wait for an email. You'll see the ticket's status update in real time too, as it moves from Open to In Progress to Resolved.
Every Team Member Can Get Help
Help & Support is available to every staff role — Owner, Manager, and Staff — so your whole team can get unblocked without needing to go through the account owner.
