How to Cancel in 3 Steps
- Go to your Restaurant Dashboard and click 'Settings' -> 'Billing'.
- Click 'Manage Subscription' or 'Downgrade Plan'.
- Confirm your selection. Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will occur.
What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel a paid plan (Pro or Business):
• Your paid features remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period.
• When the billing cycle ends, your venue automatically transitions to the Starter (Free) plan.
• Your floor plans, tables, past reservation logs, and guest lists remain intact.
