Onboarding Flow & Prerequisites
Onboarding a restaurant to TableStruck takes less than 3 minutes. Our automated Google Places pipeline eliminates 90% of manual data entry by extracting your business profile, hours, and branding automatically.
What You Need Before Starting
Ensure you have the following information handy:
- Restaurant Business Name (matching your Google Maps / Google Business profile).
- Australian Business Number (ABN) — 11-digit registered business number.
- Your standard weekly trading hours (lunch & dinner shifts).
- An estimate of your total table count and average dining duration (turn time).
The 5-Step Onboarding Wizard
Step 1: Business Profile Search — Type your restaurant name in our search bar. TableStruck queries Google Places to automatically pull your full street address, phone number, website, brand logo, and high-res cover photo.
Step 2: Location & Timezone — Verify your address and Australian state (NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, NT). Timezones are auto-detected so online booking clocks are always accurate.
Step 3: Trading Hours — Verify opening and closing hours. Supports split shifts (e.g. Lunch 12:00–15:00 and Dinner 17:30–22:00) and late-night closing times (e.g. 02:00 next day).
Step 4: Basic Settings & Table Count — Enter your table count (default: 5), dining turn time (e.g. 90 minutes), and booking slot increment (15 or 30 minutes).
Step 5: Review & Go Live — Confirm your details and launch immediately. Your public booking link (`tablestruck.com/book/[your-slug]`) goes live instantly.
Automated Floor & Table Generation
Upon completion, TableStruck automatically builds your 'Main Floor' layout populated with clean, pre-spaced tables (`T-01` through `T-N`) on your canvas. You can immediately accept reservations or open the canvas editor to customize table shapes, bar seating, and outdoor sections.
