The Starter plan is genuinely free forever — it is NOT an expiring trial. It is built for boutique cafes, emerging pop-ups, and small eateries taking up to 50 online reservations per calendar month.
If your restaurant reaches 50 bookings before the end of the month, your online booking widget gracefully informs diners to call your phone number or walk in. On the 1st of the next month, your 50 free bookings automatically reset.
Pro: High-Volume Single Venues ($79/mo)
Pro removes all booking caps and unlocks the full power of TableStruck's multi-floor canvas editor, SMS notifications via Twilio, and white-label branding removal. You can also deploy your custom booking subdomain (e.g. `yourvenue.tablestruck.com`).
Business: Deposit Protection & Team Management ($149/mo)
Business is designed for busy dinner houses and fine dining venues. It unlocks Stripe deposit collection (guaranteeing revenue against weekend no-shows), 10 granular staff accounts with Role-Based Access Control (Manager, Host, Server), and full guest CRM intelligence.
Multi-Venue / Enterprise (5+ Venues)
For restaurant hospitality groups operating multiple locations, TableStruck offers discounted per-venue rates:
• 2 to 5 venues: From $99 AUD / venue / month
• 6 to 20 venues: From $79 AUD / venue / month
• 21+ venues: Custom enterprise agreement with dedicated account manager and SLA guarantees
