Party Size Limits (Min / Max Pax)

Set the minimum and maximum party size that can reserve online without staff approval (e.g., 1 to 10 guests). Parties larger than your maximum are prompted with a friendly message: 'For groups larger than 10, please call our reservations team directly.'

Dining Turn Times & Time Slot Increments

• Default Turn Time: How long each table is reserved (e.g. 90 minutes for 2 pax, 120 minutes for 4+ pax).

• Slot Increments: Offer booking times every 15 minutes (18:00, 18:15, 18:30) or 30 minutes (18:00, 18:30, 19:00).

• Last Booking Buffer: Minimum minutes before kitchen close that a booking can be made (e.g. 60 mins before close).

Date Display Mode: Slider vs Calendar

• Month Calendar: Full interactive calendar dropdown ideal for destination dining and advance event bookings.

Dietary Prompts & Special Occasions

Enable 1-click dietary checkboxes during Step 2 of booking:

• Common Allergies: Gluten-Free, Nut Allergies, Dairy-Free, Shellfish.

• Lifestyle Preferences: Vegan, Vegetarian, Halal, Kosher, Pescatarian.

• Special Occasions: Birthday, Anniversary, Business Dinner, Date Night.
